Responsibilities
Generate leads.
Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
Follow call center scripts, communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Basic spoken English is required.
Data entry skills.
Typing and word processing skills.
Active listening skills.
Hardworking & punctual.
Matriculation/Intermediate/ fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
Able to do at least 5 Qualified Transfers a day.
