Job Description
- Coordinate and/or design basic IT trainings such as: introduction to computer skills, Internet basics, and beginning Web design
- Assist with creation of advanced IT training modules
- Provide support to training consultants
- Assist with computer troubleshooting and basic IT mentoring
- Participate in the program outreach
