Lead/Architect - C-Sharp ,Asp.Net, Sql

ZDAAS LLC is look for senior .NET software engineer with mixed experience as applications architect and Team lead. The selected individual will lead the team of existing team 3 of developers ( who have 6 -10 years of experience). He will directly communicate with the client in U.S to collect the requirements, understand the expectations. He will also communicate and support the team members to achieve the cumulative project success.
The U.S team (technical team, with project manager) hosts the daily SCRUM meetings with the team and assign the tasks on daily or weekly basis but daily updated status are required by individual team members.
Follow company architecture & coding standards and assist in the creation of documentation and test plans for new system development.
Document functional, technical specifications, and test plans as needed.

C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server; Excellent Design and Analytical skills; C# - design patterns, generic collections, JQuery, ASP.NET state management and Silverlight.
TFS - Team Foundation Server is a big plus
SQL Server - writing stored procedures, XML in queries is a plus
English communication and interpreting skills are required to communicate with U.S Team.
