Development of different modules of the product being developed at technikos along with the team.
Debugging and maintenance of the already developed modules.
Creating weekly reports on the product status.
Interacting with the clients for requirement gathering.

Good Object oriented programming concepts,
Hands on experience in any DotNet Language,
SQL Server (2005,2008),
Experience in Desktop Application development,

Good communication skills.
