A Business Process Analyst ( Business Analyst ) is required for an IT Company.Initial responsibilities will include creation, enhancement and reconciliation of business , engineering and program management data , The candidate should have a sound knowledge of GAP Analysis and Process Analysis.

Responsibilities :
Able to do GAP and Process Analysis.
Work across all levels and functional areas.
Responsible for Collection, analysis and reconciliation of key data.
Develop and manage key metrics across various functional organizations gathering data from various databases.
Perform trend analysis.
Establish and publish definitions, procedures, and processes to ensure consistent/accurate analysis and interpretation of data.
Lead working sessions of cross-functional teams related to job execution.
Create or enhance processes, procedures, workflows, forecasts, or plans related to the Program Management function.
Support standardization initiatives both within Program Management and act as interface to Program Management with other related functional areas.

Required:

Bachelors Degree in Business,IS or relevant.

Complete Understanding of the product Development process.

Sound knowledge of Process development and evolution.

Expert knowledge of MS Office , Including Excel , Project and Power Point.

Ability to work independently with minimal direction and guidance
Ability to resolve complex issues and make decisions
Detail oriented and ability to manage data from multiple sources and establish clarity
The ability to extract, analyze, manipulate, and filter complex data from multiple databases.
The ability to generate charts, reports and make presentations of data.


Preferred :

ITIL V3 Certification or prepared for ITIL exam.
Sound Knowledge of IT Process Management. and Project Management phases.
Knowledge of established project plan development, contingency planning, risk and issue management.

Knowledge of principles and practices for process engineering and re-engineering techniques.

Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously and to meet aggressive schedules.

1 year experience as Business Analyst or IT Business Analyst.
