Field Sales Officer

We are the consultants of distribution company of Pakistan Tobacco Company. We require Field Sales Officer (Junior Supervisor) for our client for the sales management of PTC products. Job Description is following


1.Receive monthly target volume productivity coverage) from InCharge Distribution and split it beat wise/sale man wise and pass on to each carrier under his supervision.
2. Supervision Monitoring of Sales Operation & Carriers
3.Ensure that all the vehicles are in proper operative mode.
4.Ensure proper deliveries of stock to trade through sales man as per their visit schedule.
5.Daily perform a thorough visit to check Coverage, availability, product displays of own brands.
6.Ensure that schemes are passed on to trade.
7.Responsible for launching availability of New Brands
8.Maintain a proper territory wise route and sales record of each carrier.
9.Daily review the performance of Carriers against their volume productivity targets and prepare day end analysis.
10.Ensure that Annual, Quarterly, and monthly volume targets are achieved.
