Job Description

Responsible for product development and registration in assigned territory and countries.
Visit territory and countries assigned to business relation with existing distributors and to visit the market to ascertain product demand.
Brand development in the assigned territory and to keep a follow up for the product registration with concerned health authorities and timely submission of required documents.
Develop and implement a marketing plan and sales strategy to ensure achievement of plans sales target in the assigned territory.
Develop and redefine strategies plans and to ensure achievement of plans sales target in the assigned territory.
Develop and redefined strategies plans and to encounter new pricing strategies as per market situation.
Price monitoring costing and margin of profit and to evaluate new pricing strategies as per market situation.
Preparation of annual sales budget and forecast, and to count measures to achieve the same, and to steer the same in the line with the sale plan. Manage the selling expenses budget and evaluate the effectiveness of expenditure.
Ensure compliance with the company credit and trading policies and manage the outstanding receivable.
Develop and recommend brands and other promotional tools in liaison with other departments as per standerd operating procedures. Ensure that promotional plans are translated into a fully integrated and accepted campaign and in compliance with demography of related territory.
Based upon market analysis propose new products or and line extensions.
Explore new countries to register products and achieve sales.
Send Export shipping documents on time to concerned customers after order has been dispatch.
Monthly report to director marketing.
Export sales management finalizing the agreements & terms of business with foreign counterparts preparing and compiling dossiers for company and product registrations as per requirement of the specific countries collecting the orders and processing them till delivery and transportation.
Close liaison with technical team for documentation queries and freight forwarders for in time delivery of goods.
Planning & developing different promotional campaigns and marketing activities for different markets to increase the sales.
Additional responsibilities included looking after the business development. Preparing and filing of hardship, price anomaly, revision, advertisement and other cases with MOH and maintaining their records.
All other necessary letters and communication with MOH.
Suggesting new products and segments to be Introduces as per the requirements of local and international markets.
Communication with international companies for business collaboration in Pakistan in specialized segments
