Job Description
1. Administrative Officers serve as principal advisors to important agency organizations and participate in developing and implementing administrative management policies, working with human resource management on planning organizational needs, and preparing plans, goals, objectives, or criteria for management processes.
2. This position requires knowledge of development and management of major administrative tasks, programs, demonstrated analytical ability, and strong written and verbal communications skills.
3. Partially accounting and financial management;
4. Partially purchasing, procurement, and general administrative services.
5. Facilities, property, safety, or space management; or human resources services.
Job Specification
Only ex-army/air force officers recently retired of the minimum rank of Major/ Lt. Col. from infantry/Artillery /Air Defense may apply.
Desired:
1. MBA/Project management
2. Previous experience of telecom service management
3 Must have excellent interpersonal skills and well groomed.
4. MS Word, Excel, power point and documentation control.
5. Must be a self-starter and result oriented.
6. Must work well both independently and in a team environment.
