-Understanding of the Microsoft SharePoint architecture, with proven development experience with: SharePoint, .NET, C#, SQL, Oracle, Nintex and integrating 3rd party applications.
-Participating in the requirements definition, design, development and implementation of Microsoft SharePoint solutions for Sybrid
-Employing the methods and processes to deliver high quality solutions for Sybrid and its clients, using solid project management and process disciplines.
-Ability to interact positively with internal team and client, understand business problems and develop solutions which meet our needs

-Degree in Computer Science or related field
-Planning the deployment and configuration of Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010
-SharePoint server farm, database, and site collection configuration, design, deployment, and administration.
-Integration of SharePoint with other Microsoft and related platforms or services.
-Out-of-the-box configuration and deployment of SharePoint custom lists, document types and folders, workflow, InfoPath Forms, views, etc.
-At least one solid enterprise implementation experience of SharePoint 2007 - 2010
-Experience in SharePoint /.NET application development, which includes use of the SharePoint API and creation of web parts.
-Proven ability to write SQL queries, stored procedures and views
-Experience with other Microsoft Server platforms
-Solid background in object-oriented techniques and technologies
-Strong problem solving skills
-Microsoft SharePoint 2010 certifications are preferred
-Demonstrated knowledge of best practices in SharePoint solution development
-Knowledge of third party add-ons to SharePoint
-Experience working with and presenting to C-level Executives
-Knowledge and experience developing solutions using the Agile methodology and Team Foundation Server.
-Health care industry experience is preferred.
