Job Description
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Working closely with supply chain personnel to ensure timely arrival of goods to local and overseas customers
Handle import and export documentations
Follow up with customers, sales person and other service provider to ensure timely collection of payments and on time delivery
Manage inventory level and warehousing space
Generate weekly and monthly reports to management
Job Specification
Knowledge of importing and forwarding.
Ability to manage a number of projects and initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent of knowledge of Excel and related specialist logistics software.
Proficient with Oracle, SAP and ERP systems.
Planning and Supply Chain management experience.
Effective time management skills with the ability to priorities.
Retail logistic experience
