Job Description
We're looking for accounts officer for our office in Islamabad. Interested candidates can apply for the post after ensuring that they meet the criteria we've set. Below is the job description:
Carry out approved transactions
Oversee and reconcile petty cash, Maintain general financial records, Monitor and report on outstanding accounts
Prepare accounts and financial reports, Maintain the computerized accounting system, using QuickBooks, Reconcile all accounts each month
Prepare and pay wages, Maintain a computerized wages payment system.
Maintain back-up of computerized and other Financial Records, Back-up computerized information on a regular basis
Job Specification
Must have excellent knowedge and experience in computerized accounting
Competent in the financial tasks of a small organization Payments, receipts, transactions, banking, computerized reports, wages, tax system, records, back-up etc.
Competent in computerized payroll
Competent in general office skills
Competent internet applications & online research
