Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and Solving hardware/software faults.
Replacing parts as required.
Providing support, including procedural documentation.
Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
Working continuously on a task until completion.
Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time.
Testing and evaluating new technology.
Job Specification
Troubleshoot and correct hardware/ software computer and network problems.
Work Experience of LAN and WAN products and protocols
Strong skills of installation for all Kind of Windows/Linux based Software.
MCSE\MCITP\CCNA\RHCE is Preferred.
