Job Description
Make sure the performance enhancement of General Maintenance including Preventive & Break down
maintenance through analysis.
Responsible to monitor the Preventive of all type of machines specially Stitching machines daily
preventive before 5 minutes of off factory by machine operators.
Also include machine inspection, cleaning, overhauling, check of wear & tear, scheduled lubrication
(oiling & greasing), check & repair of leakages of water, air & steam lines. Machine relocation,
alteration, modification, dismantling, erection, fabrication & commissioning works. Maintenance of
material handling equipments (trolleys & elevator).
Supervision of building construction, maintenance & civil works done by contractors & project
extension works.
To ensure that all staff is experienced in their relevant technical discipline to perform the duties in
satisfactory manner through cross functional training.
To check and take necessary action on non conforming conditions such as presence of dust, smoke or
cause of fire, inadequate ventilation, exhaust, cleanliness, poor lighting, improper safety measures that
are health hazardous or cause damage to equipment and any other conditions that can adversely effect
quality of product and system.
To follow up of repairing, machining & manufacturing works by vendors & contractors.
To follow electrical maintenance works including Generator, LT panels, power factor, motors etc.
Do monitoring of utilities (air compressors, steam generators, air conditioners)
Carry out maintenance works according to requirement of ISO and compliance audit. Apply different
methods & techniques to increase the efficiency & life of machine considering cost control and
effectiveness factor. Also have to maintain monthly budget for maintenance expenses.
To responsible maintenance inventory level of sewing machine parts as well as electrical stuff.
Any other work assigned by the management.
Job Specification
DAE preferably Mechanical.
Having 02 years experience in garment related field.
Strong personality with Administrative skills.
Strong supervision skill.
Strong grip on MS Office.
