The candidate would be selling project property units, giving demonstrations, carrying out site visits, and closing deals.
Manage and maintain business relationship with existing and prospective clients.
Calling on potential business leads and converting the leads into Sales (Cold calling included). Following up with clients for deals maturation and keeping them updated on their chosen property concerns.
Stay active on social media platforms and keep them updated with project details and proceedings.
Develop proper Product knowledge for effective selling and presentations. Actively participate in the training sessions provided and stay up to date with latest sales and marketing trends.
Aim to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Show positive attitude on getting new tasks and be passionate with work.
