We are looking an Office Executive who could assist in Following:
o Maintain Company Accounts
o Assist Manager Recruitment in operational functions
o Assist in completion of necessary reports when requested o Housekeeping (Office maintenance)
o Maintain computer Hardware on demand
o Record Keeping (maintain hard copy and electronic filing system)
o Outdoor duties
o Other duties as assigned
Job Specification
o Must be honest and hard working and can do hectic work
o Good communication and interpersonal skills
o Having good computer Hardware and networking knowledge
o Computer -MS Office, Internet, E-mailing Experience
o Can do work interdependently o Having good health
