Job Description
To generate, produce, modify, review, revise and issue all documents required to be submitted to the client and company’s head office as and when required
To prepare monthly invoices for timely submission to the client and keep/monitor the record
To monitor progress throughout the construction process and comparing this with the projected schedule of work
To liaise with the site agent and surveyor throughout the process, making adjustments to projects as necessary
To ensure relevant quality procedures and methodology are applied, including use of change control processes
To develop, review and maintain all budgets and schedules
Responsible for reviewing bill of quantities, scope of work, preparation on
contract program and identification of milestones
To assist site planning staff in case of any problem in case of technical assistance
To keep the record of communication, non conformance lists and minutes of meeting or any other documents related to site execution & progress of works
Job Specification
Technical, Analytical, Communication & coordination skills.
Can work on Project Management Tools i.e. Primavera, MS Project etc.
