Job Description
Quality accounting firm in Canada is looking for a talented individual to serve as a Virtual Assistant who can manage client accounts using Quickbooks, Excel, Word and other Financial related tools. The individual will be able to work from their office at home.
The role will include reconciliations, financial analysis, reporting of general ledger activity, data entry, creating letters, payroll and daily updates of work performed. The Accountant will have strong English language skills, both writing and understanding & will be responsible for documenting work practices and eventually leading and guiding the accounting staff.
You must have access to a high speed connection and a dependable computer. The position is full time and will pay a decent monthly salary.
The position is offered through your home office. Timings are Monday thru Saturday. You will have to adjust your time if there is loadshedding.
Job Specification
-Strong spoken and written English communication skills
-Proficient in English spelling and grammar
-Reliable, high-speed internet
-Highly proficient with MS Office.
-Experience working with Quickbooks and other financial applications
-Professional Experience and designation (or partially completed designation for MBA Finance / ACCA / ICMA) is MUST.
