Assists staff with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software within established standards and guidelines. Ensure Point Of Sales Systems working properly, check their connectivity, file servers, email servers, computer conferencing systems, application servers, and administrative systems, data backup etc Trains and orients staff on use of ERP & software's. Recommends and / or performs upgrades on systems to ensure longevity. Work under the supervision of H.O team leaders, maintain proper inventory system, complaint log sheet, daily report etc.
Minimum Education Graduate. Have Sound Knowledge of IT/server, back-up Good Communication Skills. Fluent in English. Have Minimum 3-5 Years of working Experience. Preferred location Naziamabd
