Job Role: Data Entry Operator
RESPONSBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Collecting, sorting and organizing documents and information for data entry.
- Reviews data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities.
- Verifies the credibility of data by comparing it to source documents
- Perform regular backups to ensure data conservation.
- Retrieves data as requested.
- Transfers data from paper formats into computer files.
- Responds to requests to generate and export data reports, spreadsheets and documents.
- Confidential customer information must be maintained.
- Able to use basic office equipments (fax machines, photocopy etc.)
- Accomplishes additional assigned tasks if given.
REQUIREMENTS:
Eligibility criteria:
Minimum qualification should be bachelor’s degree in any subject.
1 to 2 years of experience.
