Job Description

General Summary

This position is responsible for all branch activities and progress of Singh Region including marketing & sales. He should have strong relations with the purchase departments, end users and biomedical of all hospitals. Direct his team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company VISION and values. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

1) General:

He will be responsible for overall branch functions and activities of himself as well as his team members. He has to develop marketing & sales plans for his region. This plan has to be vet by the Marketing & Sales Departmental Head. He has to liaise on with marketing & sales head on a daily basis for branch activities and planning.

This position holder also has to liaison with the Manager Admin & HR for all HR and administration related matters.

2) Image Building of I & C:

This Position holder's job includes image building of Iqbal & Company in local hospitals as a trusted and reputed equipment supplier and after sales service provider. This eventually is monitored by the increase in equipment sales in the region.

3) Marketing & Sales Functions:

He should possess excellent presentation skills and is required to lead all marketing & sales activities including product presentations and demonstrations independently in the region. Required to visit all hospitals independently and with his team members on a regular basis. Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.

4) Office Management/ Administration:

He is responsible for all office general administrative matters including and not limited to: Office attendance, petty cash handling, bank accounts handling, official communication with head office of himself and his team members, stock handling and reporting to head office as per policy.

1. Minimum Graduate but preference shall be given to Master Degree Holders in Marketing (E).
2. Having minimum of 5 years of marketing & sales experience in a similar capacity (E).
3. Preference shall be given to such candidates who have work experience in surgical & medical equipment fields (D).
4. Willing to work according to the VISION of the Company [E].
5. Candidate must have very good personality and attitude (E).
6. Must have good communication and presentation skills (E).
7. Must have expert knowledge of Computer Operations / MS Office (E).
