Director of Administration.

Farzeens Fitness First is looking for a senior management professional who oversees our organization - Farzeens Fitness First. He/she will be overseeing managers and assist them in managing a department, team or project. The Director of human resources will be overseeing payroll of managers, hiring/firing managers, recruiting managers.

Some common duties of a director include:

Creating business strategies and proposing implementation methods

Managing Patients for Dr. Farzeen

Handling incoming phone calls and other communications,

Scheduling & Planning a Patent Calendar

Communicating with company executive- Dr Farzeen herself

Conducting manager performance reviews

Conducting Patient performance reviews

Preparing business plans, budgets and schedules

Providing managers have the resources they need

Ensuring managers comply with company and legal requirements

Overseeing a department's overall performance

Greeting clients and visitors into the Company premises

managing files, updating paperwork and other documents

performing other general office duties and errands

Should also know about Social Media & Creative skills

You must have true leadership ability. Must have superior customer service, and oral and written communication skills. Strong proficiency with technology tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Google, and Outlook. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
