• Posting and updating the receivables on a daily basis on company software.
• Following up and starting recovery process on any payments which may have passed their due date through emails and telephone calls.
• Updating the payables list on a regular basis.
• Maintaining records of petty cash, travel records of employees on excel as well as on company software.
• Liaison with logistics to confirm that advance payments are received, in order to ensure a seamless process of goods delivery to customers.
