Job Description
- Development of complete understanding of the business - Industry, Company, Culture, Products, Operations, Team etc
- Performs economic and financial research and analyzes internal and external issues related to sales, gross margin, rate of return, working capital, investment, financial performance, and other financial metrics.
- Compiles or prepares reports, graphs and charts of developed data.
- Conducts special financial and statistical studies as directed in coordination with other departments in the preparation of such studies
- Gathers and correlates basic information using established and defined financial procedures
- Prepares Feasibility of projects, acquisition targets etc and conducting financial due diligence for them
- Analyses financial viability of projects, carrying out pre selection financial viability and post selection/ completion financial reviews
- Monitors and reports on going projects
- Commercial and Financial Variance analysis
- Periodic Management Reporting - Financial and Profitability reviews of different segments of the group and identification of any risks and sensitivities associated with the business performance
- Conducts primary and secondary research on industry, market etc, and present Benchmarking and KPI reports
- Identifies new projects and revenue streams for the organization in the same industry as well in other industries, locally and internationally
- Excellent coordination with all functions - Vigilant eye on business environment and its impact and preparation of usable Business Intelligence for Decision Making and minimization of surprises.
