Job Description

- Provide high quality administrative support to MD's office.
- Manage communication system, both internally and externally.
- Manage all appointments, meeting schedules and minutes of meetings.
- Conduct follow-ups and inquiries when required.
- Maintain travel itinerary, ticket and hotel bookings.
- Gather information from different departments and prepare presentations, reports and plans as required.
- Assist in regular day-to-day work
