1-integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers
2-Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules
3-Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
4-Integration of data storage solutions
5-Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks {{such as Laravel, Yii, etc depending on your technology stack}}
6-Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP
7-Understanding of MVC design patterns
7-Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
8-Knowledge of object oriented PHP programming
9-Understanding accessibility and security compliance {Depending on the specific project}
10-Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions
11-Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
12-User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
13-Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
14-Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds
15-Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
16-Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages
