Job Description
Our UK Based Online Printing company is looking for energetic candidates (male/female) to sell custom printable items (Boxes, stickers, Handbags) over the phone, through chat, and through emails.
Responsibilities:
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Generate sales leads
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, chat, or social media.
• Sell products and services
Requirements:
• Fluent in English
• Minimum Bachelor's with good communication skills
• Proven customer support experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively Skills & proficiencies:
• Customer Service
Experience: At least 1- 2 years of experience in the same field will be preferred.
Timings: 1 PM to 10 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Salary: 30,000 Basic Salary + Commissions + Daily Bonus + Monthly Bonuses.
