Job Description
1. Responsibilities of all matters pertaining to security of factory.
2. Responsible to monitor and regulate the activities of guard’s attendance and put up to Manager Administration on daily basis.
3. Report Dy. Manager Administration daily and receive orders/instructions pertaining to security.
4. Responsible to ensure vigilance of all security guards deployed in Factory Premises.
5. Report immediately to Deputy Manager Administration for any untoward incident on occurrence within the premises of Factory.
6. Responsible to maintain Key IN OUT of whole factory rooms, production, offices, Stores and put up to Dy. Manager Administration daily for signature/information.
7. Ensure that all guards posted in the factory are well conversant with their charter of duties.
8. Ensure that the late coming forms, official gate passes and official rest proformas are properly filled and submit to Dy. Manager Administration on daily basis.
9. Security monitor that no place of duty is left unattended during Namaz/Lunch breaks.
10. Keep records of all the events in Daily Activity Register and put up to Manager Administration on daily basis.
11. Responsible to keep guards alerts by having surprise cheeks.
