DESIGN MANAGER (ARCHITECTURE) for Pakistan
KEY JOB SPECIFICATIONS
A senior expatriate staff is required to assume the responsibilities of Design Manager/ Team Leader in the Architecture Division. Must have the ability to lead a team of Architects and Draftspersons to under take complete Architectural Design of the assigned projects.
Should have a minimum 10-15 years experience, which should preferably cover high/mid-rise building and mixed-use development projects. Preference would be given to candidates who also have experience in hotel/ hospitality and commercial mall projects.
Candidates with relevant design experience both at the concept development and detailed design stages would be preferred. Must be able to lead the p reparation of client's briefs, production of conceptual schemes with usual elevations/renderings/models and the production of detailed design and documentation.
Salaries for foreign architects will be $3000/month,,and for Pakistani National's it will be Rs.200,000/month.

Job Specification
The Candidate must have reasonable communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to lead a team of architects to coordinate with teams from other disciplines (civil, structural, electrical & mechanical engineers).
