Responsibilities

• Building out a microservice based API platform that requires extensive research to be well implemented.
• Rate limiting
• Authentication
• API Documentation
• Versioning, Scalability and High Availability
• Developing new user-facing features using React.js
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic
• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
• Implementation of security and data protection
• Integration of data storage solutions.

Skills and Qualification:

• Bachelor's/ Master's degree in computer sciences from a reputable university. .
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience with Node-React JS.
• Proficiency in React JS-Node JS, Kubernetes, Web Security, Docker & Basic Devops, Websockets, AWS/GCP, Flow or Typescript.
• Working exposure to a second backend language and frameworks (eg. Ruby on Rails, Java, PHP, CSS, Python)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent team working, collaboration and networking skills.
• Good time-management skills
