Highly Keen - The HR Institute is looking for Manager Production Bakery Items for one of its clients related to Retail Industry. Job Description of Required Candidate is;


1 Get demand from outlets and Perform daily production planning as per requirement and give production targets to subordinates.
2 Ensure on time production and timely delivery of products at retail outlets.
3 Responsible for clean working environment through food hygiene policies, awareness, trainings of staff and ensure well maintained equipment, and sanitation conditions.
4 Ensure that all the lights, ACs, Generator, Kitchen Equipment’s, are in working conditions throughout the production shift.
5 Responsible for maintaining security and discipline at factory.
6 Responsible to purchase raw material as per production demand and ensure the Just In Time Inventory to reduce the expiry risks of various food items.
7 Reduce wastage of raw materials on factory during production.
8. Document all the recipes of Bakery Items and Perform Research and Development for producing new Bakery Items.
9 Prepare reports of purchasing raw materials on daily basis and submit to Accounts Department.
10 Responsible for staff shift timings, shuffling of staff, and ensure the on time presence of staff in factory on daily basis.
11 Responsible for informing HR department regarding need of staff in factory when required and avoid over staffing.
12. Responsible for overall factory management.
