Job Description
Account Manager will be responsible for developing, identifying and creating new opportunities besides maintaining relationship with the customers. He will be customer’s primary point of contact. The Account Manager is responsible for meeting/exceeding revenue goals for an assigned book of accounts/prospects.
Job Specification
Acts as a primary point-of-contact for customers to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
Manage and maintain relationship with the customers
Reporting revenue projections to the Line Manager for set accounts
To administer sales process
To maximize profit opportunity
Generate and maintain credible sales forecast for accounts and provide this information on regular basis to management
Achieve revenue targets on quarterly basis
Prepare and present proposals, presentations and RFP responses
