Job Description
Provide online support to Metro, Wireless, DSL/Dialup and Hosting clients.
Monitor network devices and NMS.
Monitor Server logs and mail queues.
Keep sever and network device up in working condition.
Coordinate with other concerned departments in case of any network failure (Fiber, Power)
Job Specification
Familiar with ISA Server Management (Installation +Policies Implementation) Installation and Troubleshooting of Operating Systems (Window + Linux) Expert in wired and wireless network troubleshooting Knowledge of DNS Server, DHCP Server, MS Exchange Server, Web Server, Proxy Server
Good Knowledge of IP addressing and subnets
Knowledge of VLANs and routing protocols
Good communication skills in English
