• Work with front-end, back-end, databases, servers, microservices, and APIs, and the integration of all these processes.
• Write well designed, testable, highly-scalable, efficient code by using best software development practices.
• Analyze, Optimize and maintain existing applications.
• Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implementation of security and data protection.
• Collaboration with Project/Product management teams in an Agile environment.
• Following best practices in software development and deployment.
• Work collaboratively by proposing solutions and alternative point of views to problems.
• Create and Maintain the application’s technical documentation.
• Create flowcharts/Wireframes and user guides for new and existing Applications.
• Develop and administer training for peers and colleagues on new systems capability and processes.
• Estimating the development efforts required and chasing weekly monthly targets.
• Be responsive to change and feature requests.
• Ability to wear many hats and learn new technologies quickly.

• Hands-on experience with OOP and MVC design patterns and development.
• Passion for creating efficient, scalable, high-load resistant web applications.
• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds.
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
• Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform.
• Good understanding of ORMs.
• Good UI/UX and Layout skills, in-depth knowledge HTML5/CSS3 standards and best practices.
• Proficient and strong in JavaScript(ES6,ES7)/TypeScript (ReactJS, NodeJS, ExpressJS)
• Working knowledge of front-end optimization and performance techniques
• Must have strong knowledge of hooks and classes
• Good understanding of overall web design including basic usability, accessibility, industry standards, architecture, and navigation
• Have a strong knowledge of RESTful API development and handling security on REST with NodeJS
• Good understanding of SQL MySQL / PostgreSQL.
• Good understanding of NoSQL Database like MongoDB, Redis.
• Experience with creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.
• Experience with state management using Redux
• Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git. Lean, Clean, and Optimize code management.
• Able to debug and update code in a live environment
• Must be able to troubleshoot and resolve varying levels of technical issues.
• Linux Server side management such as Apache, NGINX, PM2, Automation by Scripting.
• Experience working on a CI/CD environment
• Familiar with Docker
