Roles and Responsibilities include:
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Corporate Sales Executive Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers
- Identify and develop new business leads/ prospects
- Stay updated with customer demand trends and requirements and provide this information to the Commercial department to develop best deals for customer value proposition
- Achieve sales, revenue, and customer relationship targets
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
- Developing corporate sales team
- Negotiate contracts/ deals with the customers
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment of customers
- Collect feedback and share reports with the management
