Job Description:

• Selling and coordinating transportation, accommodations, tours and activities.
• Provide swift, thorough, friendly, and effective customer service to all customers.
• Understanding the clients’ specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services.
• Using promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
• Handling unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns.
• Upgrading regularly on entire airline rules as well as regulations along with air fares and various industry requirements.
• Providing travel offers and general travel advice to travellers.
• Working Hours 1pm - 10pm

Experience/Skills:

• Min. 2 years working experience as a travel consultant
• Hands-on experience of Galileo
• Strong sales and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent knowledge of computer reservation / computer programs
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
• Working knowledge of international travel trends
