Job Description
Manage import and export office in such a way that all deadlines can be met.
Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support and liaison with internal order-processing staff.
Negotiate with international buyer and convince & persuade them to execute sales
Evaluating and selecting freight forwarders
Take care of export documentations, liaison with various government and non government department like excise, export promotion bureau, shipping company etc.
Arranges shipping details such as export licenses, customs declarations, packing, shipping and
routing of product
Coordinate export shipments from origin until final destination
Identify new business opportunities.
Keep track record of invoices and prepare reports to expedite the billing process
Use personal judgement and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles in Export activity and procedure.
Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
Job Specification
Good communication skills both oral and written
Significant experience on Solution and service sales in infrastructure
Preferably have export experience of Pharmaceuticals products
Target driven, lead from the front, Good negotiation skills.
Must be computer literate
