Persons who are intended to apply this position must have strong understating of relevant field and preference would be given to those who posses strong FMCG background especially in cosmetics and care products.
Brand management through brand building & activation
Assist in developing and implementation of brand strategies
Actively involvement in designing & executing brand activities including ATL and BTL
Media planning & campaigns
New product development & launch
Packaging development/redevelopment and printing
Budget management
Interfacing vendors, maintaining vendor profile
POSM development and printing

Comprises an instinctive feeling about future product concepts
Good analytical skills
Ability to think straight & work accordingly under pressure
Manages different projects at a time
Multifunctional skill base
Well aware of the market trends and competition
Strong knowledge of marketing functions and tools
Be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
Possesses good presentation skills
Ability to work well with a wide range of people from different parts of the business
High level of initiative and assertiveness
