Job Description
We have 5 positions open for Senior Java Developers.The Senior Java Developer is expected to gain an understanding of the business needs, architect and design the services, develop and unit test the services, and deploy and document the services.The Senior Java Developer will perform performance and scalability analysis and make any required modifications. The services will be developed using the iterative/agile software development life cycle.
The Senior Java Developer will be an expert in web service development, with deep experience in REST, Jersey, and Spring.Additional responsibilities include documenting code, updating UML and database design models, resolving defects, participating in code reviews and providing level of effort estimates.
Job Specification
Required Technical Skills
1. At least 3 years of experience in REST service development.
2. Must have web service development with deep experience in REST, GWT, Struts, and Spring
3. Experience with WS-* services using SOAP/WSDL.
4. Experience with Object Relational Mapping and a deep understanding of all aspects of JEE development.
5. Experience in at least one of the following configuration management tools Git, SVN
6. Subversion and build automation tools such as Ant, Maven, Hudson, Jenkins or similar.
7. Experience in NOSQL Database line MongoDB, CouchBase etc.
8. BPEL, Mule, Camel or any workflow API experience is plus.
Additional Key Skill/Experiences
Agile development experience is mandatory.
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science
