Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative support to the office
- Assist in day to day operations, providing management support as necessary
- Maintain records, files and other documentation accurately and confidentially
- Assist in maintaining the Human Resource database and all employee records and files
- Handling and communicating with office visitors, vendors, etc. over the phone and in person
- Follow up, negotiation and procurement of all office supplies and equipment and their maintenance
- Managing daily office related administrative tasks
- Additional duties as assigned

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
