Job Description

The Company: Our client is a top-notch hi-tech media communications agency. The company was setup with a philosophy of providing computer aided solutions for 3D modeling, architectural rendering, Gaming outsourcing and focusing on other allied services. Their representatives and offices are spread across Asia and USA. They have number of local blue chip companies as clients and their international clientele includes leading technology, media and telecoms companies from the FTSE 250, Fortune 500 and Nasdaq, as well as a growing number of PR agencies.

Job Specification

The Role: - To identify, develop and maximize new business opportunities in specific market sectors - To develop and handle the client retention strategy and will have exposure to international marketing plans. - To have an in-depth knowledge of relevant products and processes in order to provide informative and valuable evaluation solutions for the client. - To develop and maintain good client relationships during the sales process - To provide a high quality handover to Client Services. - To be involved with promotional activities. - To continue to ensure that the Company remains a leader in the field of media monitoring - Awareness of service issues and excellent error management - Manage communication of company information and service updates to new clients - To attend client and industry functions (sales forums, award ceremonies, dinners etc) - Maintain a high level of commercial awareness at all times. The Candidate: - The ideal candidate for this position should have proven record of lead generation and selling, and also demonstrates intuitiveness for pre-empting client needs. - The ability to demonstrate experience in supporting direct marketing agency relationships and having a practical focus on campaign reporting and analysis is paramount. - You will also have a meticulous eye for detail. - You will need to have excellent organizational and planning skills, be highly enthusiastic, motivated and above all be an extremely effective communicator. - Post graduate qualification from top ranked local institution or a foreign university. MBA or MSc Marketing - 2-3 years of previous sales experience preferably in a media/publishing environment - Sound commercial outlook and respond quickly to market trends - Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and contact management systems required.
