Job Description

World has been providing Internet services to residential and business customers in Karachi since 2001. As a customer-centric company, eWorld places great emphasize on after-sale support and service.

Job positions are open for Technical support officers and Technical support Interns.

The person will be responsible to handle technical and other telephonic queries. In addition, the person will also be responsible for maintaining/troubleshooting LAN as well as monitoring of the company's ISP network.

Qualified individuals must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science and relevant experience in computer networking, hardware and software troubleshooting. Excellent communication & customer handling skills are needed for this job. Experience in telephonic support or any commercial dealings will be a plus.
