Job Description
VoicePlus is a leading provider of Managed Mobility and Endpoint Services for the Asian Pacific region for over 20 years. Its head office is in Sydney, Australia, and a branch office in Islamabad, Pakistan. We work with leading Enterprises, such as KONE Elevators, Compass Group and Penske.
We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer with technical background to join our experienced software team to continue the developing of our Atrium EndPoint solution.
The successful candidate will enjoy working with a small, highly experienced software development team that collaborate daily on issues. You will be engaged and invite to discuss the best options to delivery enterprise grade software.
We adopt an agile scrum methodology that provide you ownership on your task, clearly definite objectives, and development independence.
Core Responsibilities & Skillset
Maintain software quality of enterprise level digital assets with zero bug production environment.
Maintain and enhance system technical documentation and user guides.
Create detailed, comprehensive, well-structured test plans and test cases
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing digital assets to meet international quality standards
Strong background in developing Quality Assurance processes and metrics
Strong understanding of Software Quality Assurance methodologies, tools, and approaches including:
Regression testing
Smoke testing
Load & Stress Testing
Pre and Post-Production Deployment Testing
Integration Testing
Non-Functional testing.
Automation Tools
Security Testing & Audits.
Hand-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
Strong background in system design, architecture and requirement analysis.
Strong background in User Interface, User Experience and Prototyping.
Have In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and testing in Sprints.
Take initiative to learn new things, and grow with the team.
Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Highly professional verbal and written English skills.
Job Specification
The Candidate Must have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or a similar discipline.
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Software Quality Assurance for Enterprise Grade Software.
Minimum 2+ years’ experience in system design and architecture.
Technical background with hands-on programming and databases experience.
Demonstrable portfolio of documentation work including test cases, software requirements specification documents, user guides etc.
Hands on Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skillset & Experience
Understanding of SQL and should have experience in writing SQL queries.
Enterprise grade software products testing background.
Prior Experience with Git and SVN subversion.
Prior Experience JIRA & Confluence or similar tools.
Prior Experience with load time performance optimisation and security testing processes.
Prior experience in telecom industry.
Prior knowledge of Testing REST API’s & integrations particularly:
Microsoft Azure and Graph API’s
Single Sign-on Systems
ServiceNow Applications
MDM Platforms, Air Watch & Intune
Sierra Airlink Management Systems
Snap Engage
