Core duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Participate in creative meetings, definition requirements, and execution of campaigns including website design and supporting collateral.
Work with team in developing successful concepts for internal and client marketing initiates.
Develop design concepts into art layouts and prepare layouts for printing or web/screen application.
Performs duties of Graphic Designer to design art layouts.
Reports projects statuses to department manager.
Strong understanding of CMS systems like Wordpress, DotNetNuke, Joomla and Drupal.
Hand-coding standards-compliant HTML and CSS
Strong eye for typography, photographic composition and visual balance
Expert level knowledge of optimization for screen/print and the ability to pre-flight client-supplied and/or existing graphics to ensure production specifications are met
Adhere to project timelines and effectively communicate project status to internal partners.
Archive completed projects and maintain Creative Services servers and file archives. Full understanding of current web standards and cross-browser compatibility.
Job Specification
3+ years of graphic design experience in an agency or in-house setting
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related subject, or the equivalent work experience
Top-notch portfolio of your design work that includes print and online examples
Strong graphic production skill sets and knowledge of pre-press preparation
Exceptional organizational abilities & proven ability to multi-task
Excellent communication, customer service and collaboration skills
