Main Role: Business Development, Sales pitching, Client Communication & Relationship Management
Responsibilities:
1. Front-end client interaction, initial requirement gathering related to services required.
2. Coordination with the design and operations team.
3. Communicating with the client throughout the onboarding process to ensure transparency and clarity.
4. Setting goals and developing plans for business growth.
5. Ensuring effective client relationship building and end-to-end client management focused on selling services.
6. Developing and pursuing leads to increase service sales.
7. Developing packages and proposals foe potential clients.
What are we looking for:
- Upto 3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management role, preferably in similar industry.
- A minimum of Bachelors Degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Networking and Relationship Building Skills
- Self Driven, Goal oriented approach towards work.
