Job Description
The candidate should be conversant with all the Laws and be able to deal with all the Government departments, while stationed at Mill site.
Govt. Relations:
Develop cordial relations with all the govt. offices, concerned business.
Handle and resolve all matters in relation with EOBI, LESCO, Gas Company and any other govt. relations matter.
Keep all utilities bills updated and clear within their due date.
Inventory Control:
Conduct monthly, weekly and adhoc checks to keep inventory system as per standards
Carry out monthly stock taking personally to physically check each item against their system balance.
Monitor each incoming and outgoing items. Replacement items in accordance with PO.
Monitoring and auditing of all the gate passes to confirm if all systems are followed in accordance with standard
Manpower Relations
Conduct Spot checking of manpower in assembly line to confirm 100% accuracy in attendance.
Resolve manpower grievances in timely manner
Monitor IN-Out timing of employees and if all systems are working as per standard.
Standardization
Develop and execute organizational plan to accomplish performance plans within budget and time frame.
Develop standards to effectively run the inventory, manpower and logistics departments.
Monitor and report on labour, factory and manpower issues to head office in timely manner.
Job Specification
10 to 12 years’ experience in factory administration. At least last 4 years as Manager.
Minimum Graduate.
Knowledge of ISO standards for Inventory
Knowledge of labor laws of the region.
Knowledge of driving light vehicles. Driving License in required.
Skills to verbally and orally communicate with top management..
Skills in MS Office is a required. Preferably in Word and Excel.
Will be stationed at Mill.
