*Basic Support (Root Cause Analysis)
*Working closely with the Technical teams
*Provide independent analysis, problem solving, and communication to users, as well as internal communication lines
*Provide technical support to individuals
*To engage in a friendly and polite telephonic conversation with the customer and put the customer at ease

*Candidate should be hard working, dedicated and self motivated.
*Good computer literacy MS-Word and Excel.
*Energetic and confident
*Strong interpersonal and customer services skills
*Must have own conveyance.
*Willing to work in shifts- On rotation (Evening shift)
