RESPONSIBILITIES:
The person should be:
An intermediary between sellers and buyers.
Arrange viewings and make appointments with potential customers based on what best suits them.
Conduct market research to identify new real estate buying and selling possibilities and evaluate customer need
Maintain relationships with real estate clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities
Set up meetings with potential real estate clients
Resolve customer problems as needed, in coordination with management if required
Achieve monthly or weekly targets
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound call handling.
Determining clientsβ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.)
Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
