 Ensures to integrate the business requirements of data analytics across the functional areas
 Able to define the structure and business parameters with proper analysis for top management
 Plans change management activities for existing business processes necessary for a successful system implementation
 Identify and manage mission critical business scenarios in the system environment and validate expected results versus actual results

 Advanced written and oral communications skills
 Efficient in problem solving, ability to perform root cause analysis
 Good analytical skills and the ability to proactively discover process issues and problems
 Specific experience with effective communication techniques and methodologies
 Basic experience in Quality Management, Change Management and Training
 Understanding of telecom business/ industry
