Graduate Recruitment Resourcer / Researcher Responsibilities:

· Matching candidates to vacancies
· Reviewing candidate applications
· Best utilisation of Company Resources and Tools i.e. Job Boards and LinkedIn
· Ensuring accurate database records are maintained · General administration duties such as data entry, emailing
· Headhunting and sourcing candidates across LinkedIn, job boards and social media
· Delivering exceptional levels of customer service to candidates and clients

Graduate Recruitment Resourcer / Researcher Requirements:

· Strong written and verbal English communication skills

· Can do, positive attitude

· Sustainability and equality focus - we expect you to act as a professional

· You love a good challenge

· You are the first to roll up your sleeves and work with relentless energy until you solve the unsolvable, beat the unbeatable and you will always come out on top

· Passable doesn't cut it - you've got fire in your belly to learn more, do more and be more

· Able to demonstrate a high level of service delivery

· Demonstrate dependability in difficult circumstances and show a sense of urgency about getting results

· Ideally have an Information Technology, Engineering or Maths or equivalent degree, we are happy to consider fresh graduates from top-ranked Universities

Start Date: ASAP

No previous experience is required. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to gain experience within Recruitment and develop a long-term career in the industry.
