• Creating content, including text posts, video and images for use on social media pages
• Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organization’s brand and social media strategy
• Interacting with customers and dealing with customers’ enquiries
• Developing new social media strategies and campaigns
• Managing a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
• Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns.
• Facebook Meta Suite, Instagram Business, Google my Business, Google Ads, YouTube Marketing Skills are mandatory
1: Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
2: Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
3: Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
4: Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability.
